A Day in the Life of Ella, Digital Marketing Executive
No two days are the same in Inspire’s Marketing team. Mornings often start by reviewing campaign performance and optimising ads to reach more educators. Midday might include collaborating with the content team on a new teacher success story or planning a webinar. Afternoons are for creative brainstorming sessions, designing social posts, and testing new marketing tools. By the end of the day, there’s a real sense of accomplishment knowing our work has connected more teachers to the resources they need.

Oversees strategy, campaign planning, and brand consistency across all channels. Works closely with other departments to align marketing with organisational goals.

Creates blogs, articles, case studies, and other written materials that inspire and inform our audiences.
